Asia Fooding - Part II: Hong Kong!

We only had 2 days in HK....so we had to cram as much in as possible!!
**The bigger pictures were some of my favorites**

1. First Night (Dinner):
SiJie Sichuan Dishes (This place was really cool! Members/reservations only...located in an apt complex. HK$200 per person, all you can order) Kinda pricey but the food was great! And pretty authentic too! These are all SPICY (unless stated otherwise)!! :)

















- Cold Dish: Sliced Pork w/ Garlic Sauce

- Cold Dish: Cold Noodles with Spicy Sauce









- Poached Fish in Hot Chili Oil

- Ma-Po Tofu (Spicy Tofu w/ Minced Pork)









- Squid w/ Rice Fritters (not spicy)










2. Day 2 (Lunch):
Tim Ho Wan (Dim Sum) - really tiny place, you have to wait in line outside and also pre-order the dishes; we waited about 40 minutes before getting in. It was totally worth it tho! YUMMIES!

- Ha Gao (Shrimp Dumplings)












- Shu Mai (Steamed Pork Dumplings w/ Shrimp)

3. Day 2 (Dinner):
Hong Kong Style BBQ Restaurant
- Combo: BBQ Pork & Roast Pork









- Beef & Wonton Noodle Soup









- Water Spinach (with weird mustard-y sauce...sauce was bleh...veg was good)










4. Day 2 (Late Late Fooding):
Tsui Wa
- Wonton Noodle Soup









- Hong Kong Style French Toast









- Satay Beef over Ramen














- BBQ Pork Noodle Soup









- Pork Short Rib and Rice









- Baked Pasta w/ Tomato Sauce










5. Day 3 (Lunch):
Crystal Jade @ Hong Kong Airport
- Pork and Bean Paste Noodle









- Beef and Chili Noodle Soup










Sooo much food in sooo little time!! Next we head to Taipei, Taiwan!
